Old Stock Pond netting

Roach were removed to the Gt.Pond

The Old Stock Pond has been netted primarily to remove four V S Fisheries carp that have been in there for the last year or more. All four were caught and have now been transferred to the Carp Pond. In addition some 60/70 lbs of predominantly roach with some crucians present were also removed to the Gt. Pond. A number of tench were returned to the Stock Pond which it is hoped in future will become a breeding pond for this species.
